You manage the project; we provide a team with various roles such as project managers, developers, architects, designers, and QA etc. to help you implement the project. Hire a programmer. We can augment your team with one or more skilled and experienced individuals (developer, QA etc) to help your team. You provide the supervision and direction. Whatever model you choose, we guarantee the same level of quality and attention to every task we undertake. We can bill you by the hour, by the month, or by the project…your choice.     Onsite Onsite projects involve a dedicated team from emsyne to execute / implement the project from/at the client location during the entire project period. The client will be responsible for project management. Emsyne will provide technical knowledge and assistance in the form of its highly skilled manpower placed at the client location and will charge on man-hour basis depending on the technology involved. However, in the case of Project Based Assignments, the exclusive team from emsyne placed at the Client Location for the specific project, will be completely responsible in the project management and delivery.     Offshore Offshore projects involve execution of the project at emsyne’s development centre in India. The project can be managed either by the client or by emsyne. We will charge on a man-hour basis depending on the technology involved.
