BE/BTech/MCA/MSc in IT related areas.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in all phases of SDLC.
- Strong technical skills in ASP.Net, C#, Web Services.
- Strong communication skills, with an ability to express and understand complex technical concepts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
- Ability to work in teams and has strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated leadership experience as well as the ability to lead a group of software engineers and also able to work independently.
- Ability to anticipate potential problems, determine and implement solutions.
- Strong mentoring coaching skills. Ability to step outside role confines and help teach and enable other team members.
2. Systems Manager :-
BE/BTech/MCA/MSc in IT related areas.
- At least 5 years of in-depth experience working with the Windows Server platform
- Practical experience working with and complex network environments
- Exposure to large datacenter with WAN/SAN/NAS systems
- Working with complex web hosting environments
- Knowledge of Dell/Juniper/Fortigate hardware would be beneficial
- Knowledge of ITIL IT management principles & best practices
- Proven management abilities, capable of leading and growing a successful team in a fast paced environment
- Detail oriented, process driven with a sense of ownership for both the team and service delivered
- Good communication skills and team management capability
3. Oracle DBA :-
BE/BTech/MCA/MSc in IT related areas.
- In-depth knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
- Experience with Unix/Linux
- Oracle Recovery Manager, Import/Export (and Datapump), SQL*Loader
- Oracle performance and tuning skills including server configuration and tracing facilities.
- Good working knowledge of job scheduling and monitoring tools.
- Experience in Database Design and implementation of RAC
4. Senior Software Engineers/ Software Engineers :-
Graduates in IT related areas. Software developers with 4+ years of experience can be considered for SSE and 2+ years experience required for SE. Roles & responsibilities include the following.
- Develops software solutions by studying information needs of users and following the software development lifecycle.
- Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
- Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
- Improves operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures.
- Updates job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.
- Supports and develops software engineers by providing advice, coaching and educational opportunities.
- Should have good exposure to ASP.Net, WCF, C # , Ajax, SQL Server / Oracle.
5. Technical Writer :-
Graduates in IT related areas. Skills, Roles & responsibilities include the following.
- Strong in structured English and effective in documenting complex technical/business requirements in simple language. Proficient in Writing tools (MS Visio, PowerPoint, etc).
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Researches, develops, and prepare documentation, and supporting materials for application software developed internally.
- Writes, organizes, enters, and compiles online help files to support end users.
- Prepares and maintains documentation and publications relating to users, systems, programming, operations, products, and services.
- Interact with programmers, engineers, developers, and other technical personnel to become familiar with product technology and development methods.
- Prepares written documents following standard guideline for technical publications.
- Creates graphical images, flow charts, and diagrams for inclusion in documentation
6. Business Analyst :-
Graduate in related area with over 5 years of Business Anlysis experience.
- Should have good experience in collecting, analysing, and documenting business requirements for developing appropriate business applications.
- Must have excellent and effective oral and written English communication skills to speak with both technical and non-technical personnel
- Must be analytical oriented with solid interviewing and requirements elicitation skills
- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycles, user interface/interaction design in as applicable to enterprise software and web-based applications
- Experience in documenting business requirements, use cases, activity diagrams, UML& Structured Analysis
- Familiarize with technologies and applications like Web Base Applications, SharePoint, Mobile devices, SQL, Business intelligence reporting and dashboards, etc
- Experience in developing training materials and in training end users
- Should have strong knowledge of Configuration Management/ Change Management.
