Emsyne is based out of Kochi developing high performance application software focusing the BFSI segment. It is backed by the Muthoot Group, the largest gold loan company in India with over 3500 branches. The core banking solution developed by Emsyne has recently won the prestigious CIO Award 2011 instituted by IDG India. For augmenting the team in the Infopark facility Kochi, we have the following immediate openings.

Technical Leads :-

BE/BTech/MCA/MSc in IT related areas. Minimum 5 years of experience in all phases of SDLC. Strengths include successful analysis and problem-solving expertise, excellent oral and written communication skills and proven project management. Exposure to quality standards & processes essential. Experience in application development/maintenance using ASP.NET preferred.

Systems Manager/ Oracle DBA :-

BE/BTech/MCA/MSc in IT related areas. Experience in managing large systems in datacenter including WAN preferred. For DBA, Oracle 10g, 11g experience in Database Design, implementation of RAC, Security, Performance Tuning, Backup and capacity planning required.

Senior/ Software Engineers :-

Graduates in IT related areas. Software developers with 4 + years of experience in developing enterprise applications using Microsoft .net technologies, following quality processes & standards . Should have good exposure to ASP.Net, WCF, C # , Ajax, Sql Server / Oracle.

Technical Writer :-

Graduates in IT related areas. Should have the capacity to analyze and transform complex issues into accurate, user-friendly documentation and to create technical manuals and guides. Strong in structured English and effective in documenting complex technical/business requirements in simple language. Proficient in Writing tools (MS Visio, PowerPoint, etc).

Business Analyst :-

Graduate in related area. Should have good experience in collecting, analysing, and documenting business requirements for developing suitable business applications. Familiar with document workflows and results of business analysis and obtain sign-off from internal customer on the specifications. Should have strong knowledge of Configuration Management and Change Management.
